Chuck a bunch of circles onto the center of the stage that animate to random x and y coordinates (TweenMax with yoyo:true).
Each time the animation updates leave the rendering of the previous frame on stage.
Rotate the KineticJS.Group() that contains all the circles
Offset the start time of each circle's animation so that they are out of sync.
Reposition the group of circles so that you can't see each circle's point of origin
